I practice compassionate listening and provide time and space to build connection and trust using therapeutic play and art. 

Whether your child experiences neurodiversity, is grieving, experiencing loss due to parental separation/divorce or foster care, struggles with anxiety, depression or other mental health concerns, has been exposed to a traumatic event(s), needs support learning growth mindset strategies, or social skills, I am happy to build connections and work toward healing with you and your young people. 

Session Fee $130 - 50 minute session (this includes a 15 minute parent/guardian check in)

I provide Family Therapy for whatever stage of this journey your family is on. There are many highs, and more lows. 

 Parents struggling with grief and loss; whether due to miscarriage, infertility concerns, or loss of a child.  There is support here for you.

Supporting individuals through Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a Narrative Therapy style has been my training for many years.
